Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer Llp seeks an experienced Senior Workday Specialist to lead system optimisation, enhancements, and strategic projects that support our people and business objectives in Melbourne. You will act as a senior Workday SME, driving design, configuration and delivery while partnering with People Operations, Payroll, Recruitment and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Recruitment.
• Experience delivering large-scale Workday projects and enhancements.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Act as senior Workday SME across modules and solutions.
• Lead design, configuration and delivery of Workday enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Own solution design, impact assessments and delivery outcomes.
• Lead testing activities and coordinate business user testing.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields.
• Ensure governance, security and data integrity across Workday.
• Contribute to the People Technology roadmap and automation initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
