Job summary

Aware Super is seeking an experienced Workday Process Analyst / Business Analyst to support a large-scale Workday transformation in Sydney or Melbourne. The role focuses on analyzing current processes, defining future-state ways of working, and translating complex business requirements into practical solutions.

You will lead cross-functional work across Workday HCM, Absence, Payroll, Time Tracking and Expenses, partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes and improved employee

Qualifications

At least 5 years’ Business Analysis experience, supported by qualifications or equivalent experience.
Experience on a large-scale SaaS HCM implementation or transformation.
Strong end-to-end Business Analysis across process and operational transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process and requirements analysis across the Workday program.
Define practical future-state processes with stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and project teams.
Gather, document and validate requirements through the project lifecycle.
Undertake gap/impact analysis and document options papers and analyses.
Develop clear process maps and requirements documentation.
