Oakridge Winery is seeking a Cellar Door Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the cellar door. You will lead wine tastings, host experiences for groups, greet guests, and handle reservations in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and strong customer service skills are essential, with a passion for wine and the ability to work well in a team. Previous hospitality and sales experience is a plus.

Formación

• RSA certificate required.
• Strong wine knowledge is highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced cellar door environment.
• Hospitality background preferred.
• Strong sales background will be considered a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15kg.

Responsabilidades

• Lead wine appreciation and tastings.
• Host detailed wine experiences for groups and private tastings.
• Maintain professional standards for a welcoming guest experience.
• Take reservations, greet and seat guests.
• Tidy and restock cellar door area.
• Receive and handle payments.
• Sell wine and provide service.
