Job summary

CMV Group is seeking a WHS Coordinator to support safety and wellbeing across the business. Reporting to the WHS Manager, you’ll help run WHS processes, reporting, documentation and action tracking while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The role requires attention to detail, organisation and practical support to make a difference daily. You'll coordinate committee papers, minute meetings, track actions from audits, maintain WHS registers and publish documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative support role, ideally in WHS or HR.
• Completion of Year 12; Certificate IV in WHS desirable or in progress.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint; capable of managing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports to support WHS governance and committee papers.
• Coordinate, attend and minute WHS Committee meetings.
• Serve as a key contact for CMV WHS administrators.
• Track corrective actions from WHS meetings, audits and reviews.
• Maintain WHS registers and data from internal and external sources.
• Monitor WHS systems, inboxes and key reporting cycles.
• Publish WHS docs on intranet and document control register.
• Support WHS projects and document reviews.
