Job summary

EC Throsby is seeking a hands-on Safety & WHS professional to join our site-based team in NSW. Reporting to the Group Manager - Safety, you will drive compliance with WHS legislation, deliver training, and support risk management and incident investigations across operations.

You’ll conduct audits, site inspections and risk assessments, close corrective actions, and influence safe behaviours through practical coaching. Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have WHS knowledge and practical site experience.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations.
• Ability to train and coach across levels in the business.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance with WHS legislation and internal systems (SHEQMS).
• Support leaders on risk management, incident response, and corrective actions.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and daily monitoring.
