Job summary

CMV Group, a South Australian icon with around 2,000 employees, seeks an experienced WHS Advisor to join the team. The role is based at Greenhill Road, Adelaide, with occasional travel to regional SA, and involves providing practical WHS guidance, coaching and building capability across the Group.

You will work with managers to identify opportunities, lead safety improvements, and contribute to broader WHS projects as the function grows. A hands-on, relational approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as WHS Advisor or similar role.
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation, standards and regulations.
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships across sites and influences safety behaviours.
• Identifies hazards, assesses risks and implements practical controls.
• Leads incident investigations and ensures action follow-through.
• Conducts internal WHS audits and supports external audits.
• Supports ongoing WHS systems, policies and procedures.
