Sims Limited is seeking a proactive WHS Advisor to support multiple operations across New South Wales. The role focuses on identifying risks, improving safety performance, and ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental requirements.

The position is primarily office-based with regular site travel and occasional short-notice movements. Reporting into the EHS function, you will provide expert guidance, lead incident investigations, and support hazard management while building strong

Qualificações

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid knowledge of WHS risk assessment, incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Experience in highly industrial environments such as manufacturing, recycling, logistics or mining.
• Demonstrated capability to conduct hazard identification and risk management.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to travel NSW regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to promote a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.
• Conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and drive root-cause analyses.
• Develop and review WHS and Environmental Management Plans.
• Monitor safety and environmental performance and report findings.
