Job summary

Zenergy Group in Sydney's Western Suburbs NSW is seeking a hands-on WHS Advisor to support safety across a high-volume fulfilment centre on a 3‑month contract. You will work with operations leaders and frontline teams to strengthen safety systems and keep people safe.

Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, leading investigations, updating SWMS and SOPs, and delivering safety inductions and toolbox talks on site.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in WHS (minimum); Diploma or higher desirable
• Experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution
• Solid working knowledge of WHS Act and Regulations
• Confident engaging with teams on the floor and at leadership level
• Available to start immediately or at short notice

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification across receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up
• Review and update SWMS, SOPs and safety procedures in line with WHS legislation
• Support traffic management, MHE (forklift/LLOP) safety and manual handling initiatives
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety training
• Report on safety performance and trends to site management
