Platinum Physiotherapy is seeking an experienced Allied Health Receptionist on a part-time basis at our West Gosford clinic. You will be the first point of contact, greet patients, manage registrations and support billing and insurance claims.

Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining records, and assisting with patient flow and clinic administration. We value professionalism, confidentiality and a friendly, patient‑centred approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a receptionist in a medical or allied health environment.
• Excellent communication and courteous interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and make them feel welcome on arrival.
