• Own the wedding client relationship from post-sale to handover.
• Build menus, timelines and run of day with venue and kitchen.
• Coordinate ceremony, reception, styling and supplier needs.
• Prepare event orders and function details end to end.
• Maintain accurate records across all bookings in your portfolio.
