Job summary

TrippasWhite Group Sydney is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate corporate, social and wedding events, managing the end-to-end process to deliver professional, seamless experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, hand over detailed event runsheets to Operations, and participate in weekly planning meetings. Occasional weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Event Coordination or similar hospitality/events role.
• Operational mindset for event planning, supplier coordination, bump-in, event delivery, bump-out and post-event administration.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion and strong knowledge of quality food, beverage and service.
• Confident and professional communication skills with a warm, proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management/CRM software.
• Experience with iVvy and Fedelta (or similar systems) highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.
