Job summary

SRG Hospitality in Sydney is seeking a Wedding and Events Coordinator to manage high-touch wedding coordination and multi-venue events. You will oversee post-sale planning, menus, timelines, and supplier coordination, ensuring flawless delivery across venues.

The role covers corporate and social events as part of a growing portfolio, with a focus on precision, client care, and cross-team collaboration. A strong systems approach and experience with event platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in event coordination or wedding coordination within hospitality
• Demonstrated wedding coordination experience
• Multi-venue or high-volume experience highly regarded
• Strong systems capability with event and booking platforms
• Ability to manage multiple events concurrently and communicate clearly
• Understanding of event budgets, minimums and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Own wedding client relationship from post-sale to final planning handover
• Build menus, timelines and run of day with venue and kitchen
• Coordinate ceremony, reception, styling and supplier requirements
• Run planning meetings, site visits and final detail confirmations
• Prepare handover into Events Operations for flawless delivery
• Coordinate corporate and social events post-sale through execution planning
