The role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to upselling thoughtful enhancements that elevate events for corporate, social, and wedding clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Event Coordination or similar hospitality/events role.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• An operational mindset for event planning, supplier coordination, bump-in, event delivery, bump-out and post-event administration.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan a diverse portfolio of corporate, social, and wedding events across venues.
• Manage end-to-end coordination to deliver professional, courteous experiences.
• Drive revenue through upselling and value-added offers for clients.
• Liaise with suppliers and oversee on-site event execution.
