Job summary

Grand Pacific Group (GPG) is a leading hospitality and event group with six Sydney venues and two Canberra venues, delivering luxury experiences.

We seek an Event Coordinator to manage weddings, ceremonies, and corporate events from our Sydney CBD base, coordinating floor plans, guest lists and site inspections to secure bookings.

This full-time role requires a passion for weddings, top-notch organization, and proficiency with Priava/Elite software; some Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Sydney wedding & events industry.
• A passion for weddings.
• An understanding of short & long lead time events.
• Care and pride in what you do; dedication to delivery.
• A bubbly personality that can easily get along with clients and the team.
• Experience with Priava/Elite software is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle large levels of administration — all computer-based.

Responsibilities

• Full venue event coordination and client servicing, including floor plan design and guest list management.
• Conducting site inspections.
• Converting inspections into bookings.
• Work Monday to Friday, with possible Saturday roster swaps.
