Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine event requirements and objectives
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and decor
• Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the main point of contact for clients
• Handle issues or emergencies that may arise during events
• Conduct post-event evaluations and recommendations for improvements
• Deliver sales strategies designed to exceed budgeted revenues, events and other incremental revenues
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients
• Provide financial reporting and reporting efficiency
