Job summary

Wedded Wonderland in Sydney is seeking a highly organized PR, communications and events marketing coordinator to bring the brand to life online and in person. You will manage end-to-end events, coordinate partners, and drive media outreach to showcase weddings, luxury hospitality, and tourism brands.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong project management, and the ability to craft compelling press materials, pitches and invitations.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years' experience in events, PR, communications or marketing.
• Experience delivering end-to-end events, from concept to reporting.
• PR and media relations experience, including writing materials and pitches.
• Strong project management with multiple events and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a premium brand sense.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Events or related field preferred.
• Experience in wedding, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality or tourism industries is highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver WW events from start to finish, including brand events, bridal showcases, partner launches, styled shoots, VIP and industry networking events, and intimate experiences.
• Own event timelines, budgets, run sheets, project trackers and critical paths.
• Manage venue sourcing, supplier and vendor coordination, styling, logistics, guest lists and RSVPs.
• Be the on-site lead on event days, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, partners and media.
• Deliver post-event reporting with attendance, partner value, content captured and key learnings.
• Build and maintain media and influencer lists across wedding, bridal, luxury lifestyle and travel press.
• Write press releases, media pitches, event invitations and brand announcements.
• Coordinate press events, media previews, venue famils and influencer visits.
• Manage gifting, sample tracking and media logistics.
• Track media coverage, share of voice and campaign results.
• Collaborate with content and social teams to amplify events across WW's channels.
• Support the delivery of sponsorship and partnership programs across WW brands and venues.
• Coordinate partner deliverables and activation requirements at events.
• Help find and deliver co-branded opportunities with wedding vendors, luxury brands, hotels, venues and tourism boards.
• Manage partner and stakeholder communication before, during and after events.
• Maintain the events, PR and partnerships calendar.
• Support quarterly planning and reporting.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Content and Partnerships to keep activations on-brand.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve how we deliver events, media moments and partnerships.
