CQUniversity is seeking a strategic Manager in Web Strategy and Performance to lead the Digital Experience Team within the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate. You will shape CQUniversity’s web strategy, strengthen governance, and optimise performance across core digital platforms.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering content governance, UX, accessibility, SEO/SEM, and analytics, collaborating with IT and external partners to improve findability and user experience across

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering web strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Deep understanding of web governance, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), SEO/SEM and digital best practices.
• Experience applying user-centred product design to digital experiences.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team across content, UX, SEO/SEM and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to influence decisions.

Responsibilities
