Are you a strategic digital leader with a passion for data, performance, and user experience? CQUniversity is seeking an experienced Manager in Web Strategy and Performance to join our high-performing Digital Experience Team within the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate.
This critical marketing leadership role is responsible for delivering CQU's web strategy - driving strategy, strengthening governance and optimising performance across key digital platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team working across content governance, SEO and SEM, analytics, UX, accessibility, and product design.
Collaborating closely with colleagues in various marketing disciplines, IT, digital content and external partners, you will enhance findability, user experience, compliance, and conversion across key journeys, from awareness to enquiry. Your work will be driven by data-driven insights, scalable systems, and a deep understanding of what makes a modern, user-centred website perform.
