Job summary

PHE International Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day floor operations at our Abbotsford site in Melbourne. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders while guiding the team to achieve daily targets and uphold quality standards.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate activities, support staff, and collaborate with Customer Service to deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or similar role (essential).
• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, receiving and dispatching goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders.
• Support, guide and assist warehouse team members to ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately and to the required standard.
• Monitor daily workloads and performance against targets, helping ensure orders are processed and dispatched within required timeframes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with stocktakes and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and processed correctly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Customer Service and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Identify operational challenges, use sound judgement to resolve issues and elevate matters when required.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehouse efficiency, workflows and overall performance.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in overseeing daily warehouse activities, supporting the team and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

This is a hands‑on supervisory role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, leading by example and ensuring daily targets and operational standards are achieved.

You will help keep the warehouse running smoothly by coordinating day‑to‑day activities, assisting team members, maintaining stock accuracy and working collaboratively with other departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Warehouse Operations: Oversee and participate in daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders.
• Team Support & Supervision: Support, guide and assist warehouse team members to ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately and to the required standard.
• Targets & Productivity: Monitor daily workloads and performance against targets, helping ensure orders are processed and dispatched within required timeframes.
• Stock Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with stocktakes and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Quality & Accuracy: Ensure orders are picked, packed and processed correctly, maintaining high standards of accuracy and presentation.
• Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Customer Service and other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges, use sound judgement to resolve issues and elevate matters when required.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve warehouse efficiency, workflows and overall performance.
• Safety & Standards: Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Other Duties: Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as directed by management.
