Job summary

Healthylife, part of the Woolworths Group, is seeking a hands-on Goods Inward Supervisor for our Stafford, QLD hub operating on Monday to Friday day shift. You will lead the inbound team to receive, check, and put away deliveries, manage stock counts, replenishment, and invoice/returns processing, while enforcing WHS and ensuring a safe, efficient loading dock.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar leadership role, a focus on quality, and the ability to keep morale high in a busy

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and shelve products under supervision.
• Conduct stock takes, cycle counts and spot checks.
• Coordinate replenishment ordering for monthly stock.
• Monitor, review and process invoices accurately and promptly.
• Handle credits/returns and transfers to HealthHub nationwide.
• Minimise obsolete inventory and manage expiration dates.
• Lead and develop the inbound team; monitor performance.
• Maintain team wellbeing and onsite safety compliance.
• Ensure WHS policies are followed and housekeeping kept tidy.

Monday - Friday (Day shift) : 7am - 5pm Site Operating hours

We are seeking a high-energy and experienced Goods Inward Supervisor to join our warehouse based in Stafford, QLD (or as we like to call it... HealthHub).

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind the HealthHub. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll run the Inbound department leading our team to success by managing the deliveries into our Hub. From thereout you will be the powerhouse that ensures every delivery is received, checked, and put away to maintain workflow.

Responsibilities include:

Receiving: Supervise a team to accurately unload, receive, scan, and shelve products.

Stock Control: Conduct stock takes, cycle counts, and spot checks as-well-as oversee stock rotation and overflow.

Ordering: Coordinating replenishment ordering for monthly stock.

Invoice Management: Monitor, review, and commit invoices in an accurate and timely manner.

Credits/Returns & Transfers: Ensure accurate and timely processing of credits and returns as-well-as smooth product transfers to HealthHub's nationally.

Inventory Control: Minimise problem inventory and manage expiration dates.

Team Management: Ensure team is motivated, developed and address performance gaps as they are identified.

Team Wellbeing: Act as an onsite First Aider certified in CPR and First Aid practices as-well-as coordinating the movements of staff in an emergency.

Work, Health & Safety: Demonstrate an awareness, understanding and commitment to WHS regulations, policies and procedures set by the company.

Housekeeping: Ensure the inbound area & loading dock is clean and clear hazards at all times.
