Job summary

FuzzYard Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a reliable Warehouse Supervisor / Coordinator to own the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse in Dandenong South. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, and involves leading a small team to ensure orders are picked, packed and despatched on time.

You will manage stock transfers, inbound deliveries and freight bookings, maintain a clean, safe warehouse, and seek continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small warehouse team.
• Proven ability to manage inbound/outbound logistics.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a small warehouse team, including casual staff during peak periods.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing and despatch.
• Allocate daily tasks and priorities to meet order deadlines.
• Receive, unpack and organise incoming stock.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, containers and supplier shipments.
• Manage freight bookings and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory management.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and despatched on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being actively involved in warehouse operations while leading and supporting a small team. You'll play an important role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, stock is managed accurately and customer orders are picked, packed and despatched on time.

You will need to be someone who takes initiative and leads by example.

Hours of Work:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

7:00am - 3:00pm

Based at our Dandenong South warehouse
