My People Group in Shepparton is recruiting a Warehouse Operator for onsite installation and hands-on work across warehouse and customer sites. You will prepare equipment, install pallet racking, assemble products and travel as needed to complete jobs.
The role offers permanent, full-time work with opportunities to learn installation techniques, progress to team leadership and develop new licences while joining a supportive, family-owned business.
Warehouse today. Customer site tomorrow. Installing, building, problem-solving and getting the job done!
If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a great team and having plenty of variety in your working week, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
We are recruiting for a successful, growing, family-owned business in Shepparton with an excellent reputation, a professional team and exciting plans for the future.
And here's the thing.
Someone with a strong work ethic, a happy-go-lucky attitude, who is reliable, punctual and genuinely enjoys being part of a team.
Someone who turns up, gets stuck in, has a laugh with their teammates and takes pride in a job well done.
One day you'll be working in the warehouse preparing equipment and customer orders. The next you could be out on a customer site installing a complete pallet racking or storage system.
Your work will include:
Installing pallet racking, shelving and storage systems at customer sites.
Assembling products and equipment using hand and power tools.
Picking, packing and preparing customer orders.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Receiving and organising warehouse stock.
Preparing materials, tools and equipment for upcoming installations.
Assisting with onsite repairs and maintenance.
Keeping the warehouse, vehicles and work areas safe and organised.
Travelling to customer sites, including occasional regional travel and overnight stays.
This is a physically active, hands-on role. You'll need to enjoy practical work and be comfortable with lifting, assembling and installing equipment.
And the best part?
