Job summary

Allmach is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for our Narangba, QLD site. This full-time, on-site position requires you to contribute to order picking, packing, and accurate dispatch, with a focus on safety and orderly operations.

You must have a forklift licence or be working toward one, own reliable transport, and be able to lift 25kg. Intermediate computer skills and the right to work in Australia are essential.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock bays to keep the floor running.
• Book freight and coordinate pickups as required.
• Assist with deliveries/pickups as a driver when needed.
• Maintain WHS compliance and a clean, safe warehouse.

The Role

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced warehouse position that sits at the heart of our operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exactly what they ordered — the right product, correctly packed, on time, every time. You'll also play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and looking sharp.

Key day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Accurately picking, packing, checking, and labelling orders for dispatch
• Processing customer returns and hire equipment with thorough record‑keeping
• Receiving, unloading, and checking in inbound stock — reporting any defects
• Replenishing bulk and picking stock bays to keep the floor operational
• Booking freight and coordinating pickups as required
• Assisting with deliveries and pickups as a driver when needed
• Maintaining WHS compliance and a clean, safe, well presented warehouse
• Supporting the maintenance and processing of hire equipmentParticipating constructively in warehouse meetings
