Job summary

Koko Black Premium Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator for our Heidelberg West Online warehouse. You will coordinate daily online fulfilment activities, ensuring orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time, while supporting inventory accuracy and process improvements.

You'll work with internal teams across eCommerce, Customer Experience, Warehouse and Logistics to optimise workflow and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, online fulfilment or inventory operations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise daily workloads.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience supporting online/dispatch operations highly regarded.

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Coordinator - Online to join our Heidelberg West warehouse team.

This role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our Online warehouse operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, assembled and despatched on time and in full. You’ll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational flow, and helping the team deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Working closely with internal stakeholders across eCommerce, Customer Experience, Warehouse, Logistics, Digital Marketing and People Experience, you’ll help coordinate workflow, support seasonal campaign readiness, manage fulfilment priorities and contribute to a smooth customer delivery experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

As the Warehouse Coordinator - Online, you’ll support the smooth operation of our online warehouse and fulfilment activities by:

• Coordinating daily Online warehouse priorities to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and despatched on time and in full
• Supporting the accurate fulfilment, assembly and despatch of customer orders
• Coordinating with freight providers to support smooth daily customer deliveries
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and supporting effective stock control processes
• Coordinating team activities and resources to support efficient workflow
• Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members to support accountability and performance
• Supporting achievement of DIFOT and other operational performance measures
• Working closely with internal teams including eCommerce, Customer Experience, Warehouse, Logistics, Digital Marketing and People Experience
• Supporting Corporate Gifting requirements, including coordinating with Digital Marketing on artwork needs for personalised sleeving where required
• Partnering with the People Experience team ahead of seasonal campaigns to support casual team member recruitment and workplace induction planning
• Identifying and supporting process improvements that increase fulfilment efficiency and accuracy
• Ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures, quality standards and safety requirements
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse environment

About You

You’re an organised and proactive warehouse professional who enjoys coordinating people, processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, online fulfilment or inventory operations
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise daily workloads
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Confidence using warehouse systems, inventory processes or order management tools
