Job summary

Koko Black is seeking a Warehouse Operator with a current forklift licence to join our Heidelberg West team in Victoria. This hands-on role covers receiving, stock movement, picking, packing and dispatch to our stores, wholesale customers and online orders across Australia.

You will operate forklifts safely, maintain stock records, support inventory counts and help ensure on-time deliveries while upholding food safety and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating forklifts, ideally high reach.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using warehouse inventory systems.
• Understanding of safe manual handling and workplace safety practices.
• Reliable, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the warehouse.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

We're looking for experienced Warehouse Operators with a current forklift licence to join our Heidelberg West warehouse team.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same. Working across receiving, stock movement, picking, packing and dispatch, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are delivered safely, accurately and on time to retail stores, wholesale customers, corporate clients and online shoppers nationwide.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, store and replenish stock

About You

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Previous forklift operating experience, ideally including high reach
• Experience working within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems
• Understanding of safe manual handling and workplace safety practices
• Reliable, organised and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different areas of the warehouse
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Food manufacturing or food safety experience is advantageous but not essential
