Job summary

Assembly Now in Sydney's eastern suburbs is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Chipping Norton. This permanent role focuses on coordinating stock, vehicle loading, and efficient warehouse practices.

You will work closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure safety, accuracy, and timely stock movement across NSW, including container unloading, stock control, and data maintenance. A forklift licence and valid driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Forklift licence and forklift operation experience.
• Valid driver's licence to drive vans and small trucks.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle loading and unloading.
• Accurate daily picking and checking stock.
• Stock management across the NSW warehouse.
• Effectively manage incoming and outgoing stock.
• Coordinate container unloading and returns.
• Ensure safety and compliance is observed and maintained across the site and safety plans and compliance are implemented.
• Monitor, review and improve performance and productivity of warehouse practices.
• Maintaining stock database and emails.
• Perform local stock collections and tip runs.

This role will play an integral part in defining Assembly Now as a leader in bespoke services along the east coast of Australia.
