Koko Black Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Sydney CBD store. You will lead by example, coach and develop the team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

You're a natural leader with retail leadership experience, a people-first mindset, and a passion for chocolate. Mandarin speaking is an advantage; you’ll drive results, strengthen in-store performance and foster an inclusive, high-energy workplace.
