Job summary

NorthStone Talent Partners in Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (Mandarin-speaking) to support end-to-end parcel handling, from SOP development to issue resolution, while building practical documentation and standards with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with customer service, quality and branch teams, monitor parcel handling and tracking, and help prepare reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics or similar is preferred.
• Diploma or higher in logistics management or related field is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, forms and checklists.
• Monitor parcel handling, tracking and resolution of problem parcels.
• Coordinate with customer service, quality and branch teams to resolve issues.
• Compile operational data and assist with reports and dashboards.
• Support SOP training, performance reviews and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

About the Role

This role sits within Operations and supports the end-to-end parcel handling process, from SOP development through to problem parcel resolution and tracking management. You'll help build and maintain clear, practical documentation and standards, working closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of operational SOPs, process maps, forms and checklists.
• Monitor key operational processes, including parcel handling, tracking and problem parcel resolution.
• Coordinate with customer service, quality and branch teams to follow up on operational issues and drive timely resolution.
• Compile operational data, identify exceptions or trends, and assist with reports and dashboards.
• Support SOP training, performance reviews and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

About You

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or similar is an advantage.
• But we are open to all experience levels, graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Diploma or above in logistics management, supply chain, industrial engineering or a related field is a plus
• Experience in logistics, process improvement, SOP development or quality control is an advantage
• Confident reading and interpreting flowcharts, with solid working skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong communicator and coordinator, comfortable liaising across multiple departments
