Job summary

Harvey Norman in Mandurah is seeking a customer-service focused 2IC to support the warehouse team in delivering Great Service, Always! to customers. You will be involved in dispatching and receiving orders, coaching staff, and liaising with customers to ensure a high standard of service.

As a 2IC, you will support the warehouse operations, lead a motivated team, and contribute to our continued growth as a trusted national brand. Flexibility across retail trading hours is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in warehouse management and dispatch/receiving.
• Ability to coach, lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and distribution of goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch and receiving of orders and coordinate stock movements.
• Coach and lead warehouse staff to deliver Great Service, Always!
• Liaise with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve issues.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading and accurate distribution of goods.
