Job summary

Harvey Norman Mandurah Warehouse is seeking a passionate 2IC to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. You will support dispatch/receiving, coach staff, and liaise with customers to ensure efficient, accurate order fulfillment.

As a 2IC you will lead a team, coordinate warehouse operations, and assist with loading of trucks, all while maintaining WH&S compliance and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and late trades.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Experience in warehouse management.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Detail‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and distribution of goods.
• Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends.

Responsibilities
