Job summary

Harvey Norman in Auburn is seeking a passionate 2IC for the Warehouse Team to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. You will help with dispatching/receiving orders, coach staff, and liaise with customers to ensure exceptional service.

Flexible across retail hours, with a strong emphasis on WH&S, teamwork, and operational excellence within a trusted national brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Be highly organised with strong time management
• Experience in warehouse management
• Able to oversee warehouse operations, coach and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and strong observation abilities
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Ability to distribute goods in/out of warehouse and load trucks
• Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexible across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred)

The Harvey Norman @ Domayne AuburnWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a 2IC, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written

• Experience in warehouse management


• Have the ability to warehouse operations, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team


• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail


• Experience checking delivery sheets


• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks


• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures


• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude

• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades


• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers License (preferred)
