Job summary

Catering HQ is seeking a proactive Wait Staff to join our team at Pittwater RSL on a casual basis. We offer great opportunities and career progression across a family-run company with multiple venues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
• Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
• Provide exceptional quality, consistent coffee and beverages to our guests
• Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
