Catering HQ is looking for proactive Wait Staff to join our dedicated team at Brothers Leagues Club and Fuller Sports Club on a casual basis. Join our restaurant, events and cafe teams to provide amazing offerings to members and guests. We provide great opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ Experience in a similar role is ideal.
• Fine dining experience is highly regarded.
• Able to follow premium restaurant sequence of service.
• Strong wine and food pairing knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
• Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines.
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
• Provide exceptional quality, consistent coffee and beverages to our guests
• Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
