Job summary

Catering HQ Group is seeking a proactive Function Wait Staff member to join our team at Penrith RSL on a casual basis during peak season. You will assist with function setup, service and pack down, delivering high-quality hospitality and guest experiences.

We value a strong customer service focus, a friendly attitude and the ability to work well in a team while maintaining professional presentation. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Catering HQ is looking for a proactive Function Wait Staff to join our dedicated team Penrith RSL on a casual basis during our peak season. This role covers function service and set up to pack down of the event. We provide great opportunities and career progression.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
• Assist in the setting up, serving and packing down the function and events
• Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
• Provide exceptional quality, consistent service to our guests
• Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
• Provide professional and seamless sequence of service during our events
