Sulzer Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Western Area End User to join our Flow Division team in Australia.

The role bridges engineering and sales, providing technical expertise to help customers understand how our products meet their needs. Key tasks include planning and following up sales activities, preparing proposals with the Tendering Team, negotiating terms, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Technical sales experience and strong product knowledge with pumps and associated equipment.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Plan, support and follow up sales activities per strategy.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with Tendering Team.
• Negotiate tender and contract terms with key accounts.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop relationships with customers and suppliers to reduce risk.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and activities.
• Meet regular sales targets.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Solve client challenges.
• Provide training and create support material for the sales team.
