Job summary

You will analyse market insights, engage customers through visits and meetings, and develop tailored proposals that address client needs, ensuring profitable outcomes for the business and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar) required.
• 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving capabilities, and business development skills.
• Knowledge in separation technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse market insights and customer buying behavior to shape sales plans.
• Identify, qualify, and manage leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Engage with customers via visits, meetings, and regular interactions to uncover needs.
• Develop tailored value-based proposals addressing customer requirements.
• Review and negotiate terms with customers, ensuring profitability.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations with clear messaging.
• Grow the sales pipeline using CRM and digital tools for forecasting.
