Confidential Search is seeking a driven Business Development Manager based in Perth to own the full sales cycle for giant OTR/mining tires across Western Australia. You will prospect, build relationships with mining operators, contractors, OEMs and tire service providers, and close multi-year contracts in a hunter role.

You must have a strong WA mining network, 5+ years in the industry, and a track record of opening new accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in the mining sector or with mining-related suppliers.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and beating sales targets.
• Strong network within Western Australia’s mining community.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop key accounts across WA mining operations and contractors.
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, including negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical, logistics and service teams to ensure supply and after-sales support.
• Represent the company at industry events and mine sites across WA.
• Forecast and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
