Job summary

Marble Recruitment is seeking a Business Manager to lead mining growth in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. You will drive regional expansion, coach a local delivery team, and deepen client relationships across WA/NT.

This role reports to the National Director and builds on strong existing client connects. You will lead proactive talent sourcing, identify opportunities, and forecast performance while managing budgets and targets in a fast-growing division.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruitment with a consistent billing record.
• Proven success winning new clients, not just servicing existing ones.
• Experience coaching or managing consultants, formally or as a lead.
• Experience growing key accounts and expanding client footprints.
• Comfort with forecasting, pipeline tracking and reporting to senior leadership, including budgets and targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional growth of Marble's mining division across WA and NT.
• Develop and coach the local recruitment delivery team.
• Win new clients across WA and NT.
• Develop and expand assigned key accounts.
• Identify, track and tender for new opportunities.
• Report and forecast to the National Director.
