Marble Recruitment in Western Australia is seeking an Account Manager to support our director and account managers within the mining space. You will work with an established client base and build your name in a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Your day-to-day focuses include partnering with key clients for on-site talent, sourcing quality candidates, and presenting decision-ready applicants. This role offers a strong base and commission in a dynamic recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills and customer-facing experience.
• Resilience and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced industry.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, retail, hospitality or similar.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key clients to support on-site talent needs.
• Proactively network and source quality candidates.
• Execute candidate attraction strategies for priority roles.
• Conduct video interviews and present decision-ready candidates.
• Generate contract starters in Bullhorn (CRM).
• Manage contract portfolio, including safety and compliance.
• Assist BDMs with lead generation and market insights.
