Job summary

AlgoDriven is seeking a Regional Account Manager for Victoria & Tasmania, Melbourne-based, full-time. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of automotive dealerships, developing new business opportunities and demonstrating our technology solutions to drive efficiency and profitability.

You will build strong relationships with dealer principals and teams, leverage CRM tools, and work with cross-functional colleagues to deliver results across Victoria and Tasmania.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive retail sales.
• Previous sales management experience is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and processes.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Professional, motivated and self-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of dealership customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Demonstrate AlgoDriven automotive technology solutions to dealers.
• Build strong relationships with Dealer Principals and dealership teams.
• Help customers improve efficiency, profitability and day-to-day operations.
• Represent AlgoDriven across your territory.
