Angle Auto Finance is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to proactively manage and grow a portfolio of automotive dealerships in Victoria. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, conduct regular visits and strategy planning, and collaborate with credit, settlements, operations and marketing to deliver commercial results.

• Experience in dealer or business development management, ideally in financial services, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Target-driven with ability to deliver commercial results.
• Confident communicator capable of training, presenting and engaging stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker who interprets data and informs strategy.
• Self-motivated, organised and autonomous in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow a portfolio of dealerships, achieving volume, penetration, and business targets.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Conduct regular dealership visits, performance reviews, and strategy planning.
• Deliver training, product knowledge sessions and support dealer staff.
• Identify new business opportunities and support dealers in maximizing customer conversions.
• Analyse portfolio performance, market trends, and competitive insights to drive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including credit, settlements, operations and marketing.
• Ensure compliance, governance and quality standards are upheld.
