COSPAK Australia is seeking an experienced State Manager – Victoria to lead our Victorian business, drive profitable growth and build a high-performing team. Reporting to General Manager - Australia, you will have full responsibility for the Victorian business, overseeing sales, profitability, operations and strategic growth.

You will lead from the front, establish strategic customer relationships, develop commercial strategies across Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare, and partner

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role with full P&L accountability.
• Track record of delivering profitable revenue growth and achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L Ownership: Take complete accountability for financial performance, revenue growth, gross margin, cost management and profitability.
• Drive Sustainable Growth: Develop and execute commercial strategies to accelerate profitable growth across key markets.
• Inspirational Leadership: Energetic, hands-on leadership. Inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Customer Relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with key customers to expand market presence.
• Business Development: Proactively identify new markets, customers and opportunities delivering long-term value.
• Performance & Accountability: Establish objectives, drive execution and foster ownership and teamwork.
