Job summary

Seek is seeking a Victoria Sales Manager to lead and develop Victorian operations, overseeing sales and warehouse functions. The role focuses on proactive sales growth, customer relationship strengthening, and retention of the existing customer base.

You will expand product offerings for existing accounts, identify sales strategy gaps, support Account Managers, and manage a key account list with national team support.

Qualifications

• Sales and team management experience, preferably in a product-based company.
• Experience in B2B sales; wholesaling products is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in on-road sales and phone-based account management; proven sales success.
