Job summary

Visy Logistics seeks a senior State Manager to lead our Victoria and South Australia Bulk business. You will drive day-to-day operations, shape growth initiatives and ensure profitability across a multi-site transport and warehousing network.

With full P&L accountability, you will lead a team, strengthen customer relationships and pursue continuous improvement to boost service, productivity and overall profitability in the region.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in transport, logistics or warehousing.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and budgets.
• Strong safety, environmental and risk management knowledge.
• Exceptional stakeholder and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport and warehousing operations across Victoria and South Australia.
• Own the state's financial performance with full P&L accountability.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain key relationships.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement for efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee fleet maintenance expenditure within budget.
