Job summary

Original Mineral Pro in Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking a State Manager to lead the sales and education teams in the state, owning the plan and budget and cultivating the strongest salon relationships.

You will coach BDMs and Educators, drive revenue and gross profit growth, manage key accounts, and shape education as a commercial lever with a forward calendar. Travel across the state is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as State Manager or regional sales leader
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong commercial fluency: gross profit, margins, discounts, pipeline, budget variance
• Senior account management and negotiation experience
• Experience in professional haircare, beauty or premium FMCG is advantageous; salon channel experience preferred
• Driver's license and willingness to travel across the state

Responsibilities

• Own the total O&M business in your patch and lead the BDMs and Educators
• Own the state plan and the state budget and manage major salon relationships
• Coach and develop the field team and drive revenue growth
• Develop and defend a commercial education calendar and run a reliable operating rhythm
