Greencross Ltd. Canberra is seeking a friendly Client Services Representative to join our team at ARHCanberra.

This role offers both part-time and full-time hours and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners and patients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and support our team of Veterinary Specialists, Veterinarians and Nurses.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and act as first point of contact for clients
• Answer and direct a high volume of calls on a switchboard
• Schedule appointments and process payments with accuracy
• Provide administration support and assist the veterinary team
