Greencross Veterinary Hospital Werribee, VIC, AU is seeking friendly, organised Client Services Representatives to join our front‑of‑house team. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you will help ensure smooth communication between clients and clinical staff across routine appointments, emergencies and specialist visits.

Your duties include welcoming clients, managing check‑ins and bookings with empathy, maintaining accurate client/patient records, and supporting clinicians

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets, creating a warm first impression.
• Manage check-ins, appointments, and client communications with empathy.
