Greencross Ltd. Canberra is seeking a friendly Client Services Representative to join our team at ARHCanberra.

This role offers both part-time and full-time hours and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to pet owners and patients. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and support our team of Veterinary Specialists, Veterinarians and Nurses.

Qualifications

In this role you will be responsible for providingexcellent customer service, including:

• Being the first point of contact for ourcustomers
• Answering and directing a high volume of calls on a switchboard
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing payments
• Administration support
• Supporting our team of Specialists, Veterinarians and Nurses

The successful candidate will be someone who is:

• Available for weekend and weeknight shifts
• Committed to providing only the highest standard of care to our patients, customers and staff

• Veterinary industry related qualifications and/or experience within the industry is highly desirable but not essential
