RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Claims Advisor to support Defence personnel and families from our Hawkesbury hub. You will guide applicants through pensions and benefits claims, coordinating with government departments to secure the best possible outcomes.

The role requires empathy, strong administrative capabilities, and excellent communication to build trusted relationships. You'll need to be or train as a Compensation Advocate, with a focus on understanding defence-related health conditions

Qualifications

• Be a Compensation Advocate or willing to train for accreditation.
• Strong administrative skills.
• You’ll have empathy and understand defence-related illnesses and conditions.
• You will build meaningful internal and external relationships.
• You will have highly developed communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Guide and support current and former Defence personnel and families with pensions and benefits claims.
• Navigate government departments and assist throughout the application process to achieve the best outcomes.
