RSL LifeCare Hawkesbury Veteran & Family Hub is seeking a dedicated Claims Advisor to guide current and former Defence personnel and their families through pensions and benefits applications. You will assist throughout the process, coordinating with government departments to pursue the best possible outcomes.

The role requires empathy, strong admin skills, and excellent communication, with training provided to become a Compensation Advocate.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and empathy for serving veterans and families.
• Excellent communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work towards Compensation Advocate accreditation with training provided.
• Ability to navigate government claims processes and deliver outcomes.
